Depending on the year and model, it is generally around 2,500 lbs-3,000 lbs. Even though they are at least a 3.5 liter v8, Ferrari engineers tried to use some of the lightest material while keeping it fairly safe and luxurious. My 84 Diplomat with a 5.2 liter v8 is closer to 3,500 lbs.
