There are a series of thefts going on in your factory which manufactures computer chips.One of the security guards of your organisation is secretly doing this at nights. What measures do you take to catch the culprit and how will you deal with him?

Video tape him, call the cops.

Presumably there would be security cameras, but I would also make random visits to the facility to catch the culprit off-guard. If the theft had monetary value, I would call the police in to arrest him/her and, of course, I would fire the individual.

Hire other security guards that the one present are unaware of and keep it a secret and there is your answer. Also you know you can put up a secret camera as well. They cannot continue this so catch them dogs. I am all for ya.

i imagine if someone is able to understanding his own disposition, enable them recognize. in the adventure that they are oblivious to it, enable them proceed their direction. some human beings can manage the reality, others can not. i'd sense worse understanding that existence is **** because i'm unwilling to do some thing about it. i'd sense extra appropriate off wondering that there is an better being on real of problems with my existence and that i'm powerless to make my **** existence extra appropriate.

I think its best to let the police to handle. Who knows he might be rebellious and come back for revenge ? It might not be you, but he might revenge on your family members. Take further precaution before you do anything.
