Yes and no. Generally no I don't, but right now we have a government who is going against the wishes of the people on a lot of policies/decisions, so in a way I guess so.

Yes, because when it violates the fundemental rights the country was founded on and makes the constitution not worth the paper it is written on so we are headed toward a tyranny.
