I'm not sure what you're asking. The currency that has been devalued the most?

Several currencies have been retired completely (value=0). Then they take a few zeroes off the money, and re-distribute it under another name.

The question doesn't make sense.

The declaration of the 'national currency' is arbitrary. Something that is worth .2 dollars is worth 20 cents. So is it worth 1/5th the US currency, or 20 times? Many countries 'currency' is more closely equivalent to the cent. That doesn't make them richer or poorer.
