Bob Gibson hands down.
He was an intimidator. If you hit a home run off the guy he would hit you with a pitch your next at bat.

I would take Gibson.
How many people know that Bob Gibson was credited as being the reason MLB changed the pitcher's mound because of the season Bob had in 1968. Bob Gibson also played basketball for the Harlem Globe Trotters.
Don Drysdale was married to Anne Myers (UCLA basketball great) and sister of Dave Myers (UCLA basketball great).
They both were pretty good hitters as pitchers go.

Drysdale. Meaner on the mound than Gibson and a better hitter, to boot.

Both were great pitchers, but Gibson was a really tough SOB on the mound and much feared by hitters of his day. I would take Gibson here.
