but the videos don't show. Instead I see small image with triangle, a square and a circle. What is that? and What's the problem?

Try to watch it in a media player or real player

It means your browser is trying to load a type of media for which it does not have a plugin. Most video files, image files, etc. will require a browser plugin to run. Modern browsers *should* be giving you a notice of that though, and offering to install the required plugins for free.

its because those videos are pornographic and your firewall is blocking it.
