Boss should have cordial relations with his subordinates.He should earn respect by setting an example.He should be clear in giving instructions and he should ascertain that they are well understood and are followed in given time.He need not be over strict. He should not have personal grudges. Employees should feel at ease to talk to him if they have any problems. An ideal boss should keep a sign on his cabin-"Disturb Me".
