I need some ideas for a design that will be applied to a t-shirt, the theme is environmentalism and will have an image as well as some text.
All ideas are very very welcome, either extreme or subtle.

Hmm.. i think the most important thing is the wear-ability of this t-shirt. if i would like to buy a t-shirt and want my t-shirt to reflect my environmentalism, i wouldn't prefer a very obvious and didactic message on my body. What i would like to buy:
* love nature theme: a t-shirt with pink-violet-purple-silver colored butterflies on it and words like ''nature'' ''beauty'' ''life'' in different color, size and fonts over the butterflies.
* extinction theme: a funny t-shirt: extinced animals sitting in a room and a door and a (for example) tiger coming in and all other saying ''welcome'' and a sign over them ''extinced animals wating room'' or something like that. and at the back of the t-shirt = a human comes into the room with shocked impression on its face. i would love to wear that t-shirt.
*global warming theme: in front: a drawing of a desert and written: future world, at the back a drawing of a skeleton: future human or something similar.
*genetic engineering theme: a drawing of an animal as a mixture of different animals and above written: ''we can create it'' and at the back ''so what?''
*over population theme: a nice drawing (silver gold colored-not a disturbing image) of a fetus and written above : in x years (i dont know in how many years) and written below: she wont have a place to come out. (ok that was really didactic)
*another funny one: a drawing of a human illustated like a cartoon anti-hero saying: '' I finally am the master of the world'' and at the back: he is in a deserted empty ruined world with a big question mark and exclamation sign saying: ''......''
*animals theme: i think it could be a serie os t-shirts in different colours and on every t-shirt one animal drawing and written: beautiful or ''i love you'' or ''save them'' etc. so that everyone could pick the tshirt with their favourite color and animal.

I think you should make a shirt that says "Big Al's Sucks" on the front, and the web address "www.bigals-sucks.com" on the back... then more people can know about that crappy place, what a detriment it is to the otherwise beautiful enviroment of blacksburg

How about a shot of a wasteland with dead trees, rotted plants, and a fetid pond
and the caption reads:
"Me and my ancenstors decimated this planet, and all my grandchildren will get is this crappy t-shirt"

On the front of the shirt there should be: "on the back of my shirt there are two ppl Fu.c.king"
And on the back of the shirt there should be a large picture of a smilling blue wale and the text: "just kidding, save the planet!"
