The administration has come under criticism for its treatment of detainees. European Union legislators said the CIA was conducting clandestine flights in Europe to take terror suspects to countries where they could face torture
I am not up to date on the law as such but my belief was that the FBI or CIA or who ever calls the RCMP or whoever and says hey we have info on "Bob" please do somthing about him and the police of that Canadian/European nation acts on credible information and so forth.
The allegation that CIA walks in to other people's countries and takes them is a serious one that undermines America's position against terror or anything else for that matter.
What says you the American people? How be it if RCMP kidknapped one of your citezens and took them to Elsemere Island? How would that go over?
Or are the Eurpean's out to lunch with this?

It's obvious that you have been watching the wrong TV programs.
The kidnapping is not being done by the CIA, it's being done by the ALIENs who fly around wheat field making circles and in their pastime they kidnap people and take them to Ucatakia, the sixteenth planet beyond Jupiter.
When people suddenly disappear, nine times out of ten it's the Ucatakians who have crawled through open windows and carried away their victims.

YES!!! the CIA kidnaps terrorist suspects (which many of them are not) and send them to middle east countries like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan to be tortured and interrogated.
there's this decent Canadian citizen from Syrian origins who was suspected to be linked to some guy who the CIA suspects to be a terrorist, they arrested him and took him on private plane to Syria where he was thrown in a underground cell (grave) and tortured for 10 MONTHS and then he was released because they found out he had no connection to any terrorists.
can you believe this??!!!!
and he's not the only one I've seen many interviews with people who happen to go through this experience (British Arabs, America Arabs and European Arabs )

I am appalled as you are in the actions of my government. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? I dont know why that the international community has become spineless in these matters? Oh could it be that Bush wont allow them any oil, spoils of war, once he conquers the Middle East? You decide. It's all about oil, always has been and will continue to be. Its about who will control the worlds oil and who makes money doing it.

If true, I'm glad to hear it. Someone has to take terrorists out of the population at large and until the executive order barring assassination is recinded this will have to do.
