I hope you need to know the things properly, I mean the course prescribed in CBSE. NCERT books. As I know the Questions will be asked from courses prescribed in the book. But you have to study more reference books to clarify the things. You can go for Pradeep, JPNP, Dinesh etc publications for studing the course.

But while answering remember your answer should be precise and complete. So don't elaborate unnessary to spend much time and you may be in lake of time.

Have a look and practice the solved problems givem in self tutors which include the previous year or even more years question and answer. Sometimes the answers provided are wrong. So do check the answers with books then be confident. Make A routine to read different chapters of different subjects. It's not good that all of a single go you should read a single subject. So you should choose the subjects in such a manner that you will not get bored. For example, After solving maths, you may read some literature or other subject which is relaxing. Hope you will do definitely 90+ % in the exam if everything goes well. By the way Dream high so that you will be placed high.

Best of LUCK.

It is nice to now that you are aspiring to become something good in life. Please read you textbooks of class XII thoroughly since you are a CBSE student. Solve previous years question papers from Together with Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/I.P. Take tips from your subject teachers. For maths do the problems of : Differentiation, Integration, Application to Derivatives, Vectors, 3-D, Statics, Dynamics twice or thrice. I'm sure success will come your path. Concentrate on practicals also.
