i would think it would depend upon the bomb's mechanism. if the bombs timer/trigger and failsafes ect are all electronically controlled, then I suppose an electromagnetic pulse strong enough to disable the electronics would disable the bomb

bomb is the mixture of explosive atom,,,,,,,, for preparing bomb several matter can be used,,,,,, nowadays RDX is popular it means Researched and Developed eXplosive,,,,,,

deactivating procedure is different for different types of bombs

Last time i tried it didn't work. And now it's kinda hard to type using two sticks.
