I know I lost all belief in Katie as a fair and honest reporter with her interview with Bush tonight. So, I'm guessing... you might be right.

She just started her new job. Give her a break. I don't think she is just about a juicy story. She did some good work with Dateline. She is capable of good journalism. The ploy is first female solo news anchor.

I can't believe when your countrymen are fighting and dying ,technically for you, that any one in you country should care who is reading the news off the teleprompter.You don't care what it is they read why do you care who reads it. Or why you should care whether its a good move for CBS or not.CBS is in the business of making money.The only direction they want you to look in is theirs. By the Horned God the info should be straight and timely as soon as its tainted by personality or prejudice it is but propaganda. Forget the TV news and read the Christian Science Monitor. That's news and it factual.
