how do you know if the girl that you think is just a friend but she really want to have sex with you . and you want to have it with her but you can't tell her because you are not for sure what is on her mind

get closer to her and see how she reacts. Take it further with her and see if she goes along with it or seems like she is not interested.

Women are usually much more forthright about this than men are. If a girl wants to have sex with you she'll usually let you know it, unless she's extremely shy, or suffering from insecurities or other hang ups about it. If you're looking at having more than just sex with a girl, and want a real relationship just talk to her calmly about how you feel without putting any pressure on her to change the way things are. Honesty, respect, and trust are important in any relationship and can only earn you her respect in return. Don't play games - be yourself and take a chance. It takes courage, and it's scary, but the rewards when it works are so very worth it and the worst that can really happen is that she'll say no and you'll be right back where you started.

Id say that girls tend to give large amounts of eye contact without turning away. If you can catch eyes without saying anything and share maybe 2 seconds or so, shabanga.
some girls like light touching like a tap on your shoulder when you make a joke or incedental touching of feet under a table. it is hard to tell if it is legit or not so I will give an endering touch back to see the reaction.
