I believe its B..but im really not sure, what do you guys think?

I think it wants, the most certain quantity, which of course wouldnt be average rate, I dont know what an overall rate is, I think the final rate would be pretty certain...but I dont know..

The most unambiguous quantity is the (A) overall rate. This is defined as "the quantity of a reactant consumed or the
quantity of a product formed in unit time." These quantities are the easiest to measure.

The instantaneous rate (also known as the Velocity of reaction) is "the rate of reaction at a particular given moment." This is usually very difficult to determine.

The average rate depends upon the rates divided by the total length of time of the reaction, while the final rate is just the rate at the end of the reaction time.
