where to buy scarf for evening dress in Vancouver?

i can't find nice scarf for evening dress in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. most of them are too small and short. i just wanna get a plain black one which covers my meaty arms and my back. any suggestion?

Go to an Indian store and look in their clothes section they have really beautiful ones in all colours and buy a handloom silk one u will love it!

I would try an East Indian dress shop they make some beautiful silk scarves. Should be no problem, Vancouver has a huge Indo Canadian population.
