my friends is been living in my house for like 6 months and is has a hard time paying i only chrarge him $200 a month to help him out for a while but seems like he dont wanna move out now. i talked to him and told him he should look somewhere, but he got amd and now he is leaving. what do you guys think

I think you ought to tell him your expenses are too high and you need $400.00 per month. Tell him that he can find another place much cheaper than that, but you really need extra money. Tell him you have Dr. bills and prescriptions and the water bill went up and everything costs more. Act like you are sad and say "I really hate to lose you, but I need too much more money and I have someone else who wants to move in and pay $500.00 per month.

I think you did a nice thing for a friend. And if he got mad, that is his problem. You can only help people who want to help themselves. It sounds like he took advantage of the situation.

i think you should let him leave. you let him live at your house for 6 mths.. and he didn't pay much at all.. he was probably getting too comfortable being there. you wanted him out, and thats what you're getting.. you should be happy

As you have given him accomodation for six monthsand when you talk to him he doesnot want to listen ,send to him his best friend to make him understand that even if it were his parents one day he will have to live them and rely on himself.
