Go with Emmy. Emmie could be mistaken as her actual name. Emmy seems more like a nickname.

a good friend of mine is also named Emily we call her emmy as well spell like that.I'm sure both ways are fine but most common i assume would be Emmy because its spelt how it sounds

My daughter's name is Emily and we call her Emmy. But now that she is 22 I noticed she writes it Emy.

I love it when Emily is nicknamed Emmy...its such a cute nickname...Well, Dragon Tales spell it Emmy...I prefer it spelled Emmy too....its just me and i prefer y's to i's....well, you could change it to Emey or Emmey...those are unique spellings...

So why did you name her Emily to begin with? I never understood why people give weird nick names. Like Joycee, little Larry and Nick Nick. Either make that their name and cry later as you see kids make fun of them of call them by their right name... Emmy, Emmie, Enama! Whatever, it's your child.

Well I would for school just have her be called Emily .and just call her Emmy for your nickname ,as well as family and friends.That way she doesnt get confused at school .
