Some girls unfortunately believe that the only reason they're put in this world is to grant others sexual satisfaction.
If you care about your friend, I think you should have a serious talk with her. Explain to her, that she is in risk of throwing her life away, and that she doesn't have to sleep with a boy just because he wants to, or to be liked.
It is important that she starts considering what she really wishes for herself and her own life and begin doing something beneficial for herself.
Of cause, you can have and enjoy sexual relationships at the age of 16, but when a girl this age has had an overabundance of sexual experiences, I begin to wonder if she isn't lacking self-respect. In your case, I wouldn't necessarily find it alarming that a 16-year-old has had sex with five different boys, it depends on the girl and the surrounding circumstances.

Chick is gonna end up getting raped at some stupid party, and no one will ever believe her. Happened recently here in CA, police officer's son and a bunch of teen boys raped a girl b/c she said she wanted to be a porn star...
Your girl doesn't respect herself, and eventually it's gonna kill her, but not before she produces a wide swath of destruction and grief around her...

if she keeps this up she could end up pregnant and not know who the father is, and not even have a high school diploma. She needs a talk with a caring friend, or better her parents.
