To do this, you have to complete the mission 'Shakedown' in which you break all the windows in the north point mall. Once you've done this, all the red 'for sale' icons will be green and you can buy them. Once you've got it, go into the little corridor out of the main room. Take a first left and spend something like $500 (Probably more, i can't remember) to complete the asset and generate $4000 every day

Complete the mission "Shakedown" towards the end of the game. Then you can buy assets, including the strip club.

once you have done the one where you shoot a whole lot of windows in a mall you unlock the option of buying shops get 30 thousand dollars to buy it to continue earning money get a lap dance and let it sit for ages ( cant rememmber how long maybe 10 mins? ) if you need anything else go to cheatcc.com that can help you out a bit.good luck.

You need to get permits from the city. And need a lot of capital to start your enterprise.
