A: False - Brass is made from copper and _zinc_. The alloy of copper and tin is called bronze.

C: False - Newtons is a measure of force, not quantity. If one takes the newtons to refer to the weight of the feathers in Earth's gravitaitonal field, then it is still false, because Earth's gravity is closer to 9.8 m/s² than 10 m/s², so the feathers would be slightly more massive.
D: True.

a) False, brass is not a compound its an alloy. an alloy is a solid solution of metals. a solutions is a mixture. a mixture can be separated by physical means.

b) True

c) False 120N of feathers is equal to 120kg of feathers. Since:

1 Newton = 1kg x m/s2

d) True
