It was easy at one time to tell these times approximatrely correctly since these were two last idols that were immersed. However, the practice has been abandoned some years ago . On accout of burgeoning in the number of ganapati mandals all over Pune the situation went out of hand. The managers of these two mangals decided to take their idols to the river for immersion according to their convenience. Former it would be the morning following Anant Chaturdashi that these idols moved fromtheir place of installation. If I am correct both of the idols must have been immersed at about dawn today.
The procession on the Laxmi Road has almost come to an end but for some non-descript mandals.
