You can use Power MP3 WMA Converter 2006, which you can download at download.com to convert from WMP to MP3. The link is below.
It is a trial, but it has no time limit, you can use it forever. The only limit placed on it is that you can only do one file at a time, but if you want to do multiple files, just close the program and reopen it.

You need a microphone.
When playing wma file, record it as mp3 file
using a software.
I can change your wma files into mp3.

Under the advanced tab in Itunes click "convert selection to mp3" and it will convert all your songs to that format.

used this software called sony sound forge.. its can convert almost any type of music format or even video format into mp3 format...
