Is there a search engine where I can look up a number and identify it with a person?

I just ran my phone number at this web site and got some interesting information I didn't realize was available to the general public.
It' won't give a name if the number is unlisted though.

Yes. If the person has their phone number listed, you can do a "reverse lookup" on the phone number. Reverse # look up with most engines will give this to you
