Mostly, they will be used for love-making.
All of them will look like Chii from Chobits.

Robots will be used to hunt down semi-sentient sapien-type creatures.
(Sounded interesting to me. Might also make a good movie.)
I suppose they can also make good demi-"friends-with-benefits". ([dodging accusation...] What??)
I supposed they would also be good at dispensing holy-water. (Try not to visualize this process.)
