Same as before... just do a little everyday.... and you just add a little more time as you go along...

My mom didn't start jogging until she was well into her 40s and now she is 51 and run 45 min to an hour 5 times a week.

trust me.. 30 is young... you can still jog for a while.. just look at all those people doing marathon... you don't see that many 20 year olds in there..

If you are training every day or every other day. A trick is to just force that little extra time out. Also remember Men over the age of thirty need to add a mile and a half to their regiment per week each year after thirty to stay in the same shape.

Carefully, about a minute at a time per day. You must watch for any signals that your body gives out ,such as too tired, heart beat jumps up......
