i'll confess to it absolutely. and there are a few different reasons:
one, when you don't have a kleenex or hanky around and you get a clogging up there or even worse your sinus start hurting and it feels like one of those crusted gnarled jaggedy boogies are digging through your nasal cavity into the brain
two, boredom. i mean only Yahoo Answers is better at staying awake on 3rd shift than finding a nice stringy booger and whipping it above your head like a Brazillian Cowboys Bolo
three, snacks. personally I'm fairly certain I havent eaten my own boogers since childhood, but its an option people!

Gross, yes. But sometimes just blowing isn't enough, and to get rid of the crusties and the sticky-clingies you need to use a fingernail. You know what I mean? Sometimes, the harder you blow, the more stuck it gets in your nose. So, yeah, I pick, and sometimes I really don't care WHO'S looking. Eat this, you prudes!

well, I pick my nose whenever the need arises...it's unhealthy to let boogers crust up in there.....I do use a tissue, cause I'm not crazy about boogs on the finger, but snot is not meant to stay there, it is supposed to come out, it is full of germs that your body is trying to get rid of, that's why it collects.....

wow, I dont know! I dont, but my almost 2 year old has recently started shoving his finger up his nose to the point it makes his eyes water! lol
