opena dos command promt and go to that drive
type.. dir
it will display all the fiels in that directory so you can see what files are bigger than what files..

If you use WindowsXP, navigate to the program 'Windows Explorer':
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Windows Explorer
In the menubar, change your View setting to Details - this will help you find files if you already know what folder large files might be in (such as a photo folder).
If you to search in more locations and want specific parameters, click the Search button and select All Files and Folders.
Change the Look In parameter to a hard drive root (such as C:).
Since you stated you wanted large files, change the What Size Is It parameters to match what you need.
Then click search and review the results.
(You can also get to this by just clicking Start->Search).

To see the listing for the whole hard drive, go to the root of the drive, C:\, D:\, E:\ or whatever, open a command prompt and type 'dir /s' (without quotes). However, there could be in excess of 70,000 files on the drive (if you're scanning C:\).

When you open any folder , click on View > Details in the menu bar to see the names, size, date, type etc of each file.

just have norton system works to tell u this and to partition it make space etc or right click each file in c drive all programs u can also compress any file song etc byt hitting properties and them compress to make room ..
