simple.
getting selected in an interview is not a matter, but the guts to attend a interview is what matters. some of my friends are still jobless because they fear about the interview.

when u finished attending an interview,do not bother about the results.
come out and write the questions the interviewer has asked you.
prepare those questions well, until u are satisfied.
try for the next interview. once again write the questions.
after some three or four interviews, you will get the confidence .
and its going to be the same old questions every time u attend an interview. now u will be able to answer the questions and u will be selected.
one of my friends got selected in his 43rd inteview. will u believe this?
i got selected in my 12th inteview.
thats it

hey its a common question which rings in ur mind when u fail to get thru in interviews...as ur mind thinks where i went wrong what was better in someone who got selected my which move was better than others and so on. So when u back home u think about past and things like when i will get a job.Same happened to me when i went to interviews performed to my best and still couldnt see an appointment letter in my hands. Then i started choosing which jobs i most suit in and how the requirements suits me .The last time when i went to round of interviews what should i have done which i can do this time.. like smile when u walk in keep a freindly atmosphere be confident when u speak and sit and shake hands firmly and be confident that u get this job for sure. I think with every interview our confidence and mental strenght increases ...if we loose hope we dont suceed.

So Best of luck

I can sit down and re-think all that I did for winning the interview.I can assess my expectations versus the expectations of the interviewing group(peer, group information and feedback can be used as a database here).I can plana strategy for rebuildings on my gaps , if any. And take it cool!

Review the process. Try and analyze how you could have done better, use it as a learning experience and move onto the next interview.

First do not lose heart.Perhaps better things are coming your way.Think of God who has given this opportunity of learning by failing.Think positive. Learn from your mistake.Analyse the whole event. Do not crib. You will win.
