Unless I'm missing something in your question, If you require men to give you the chance before you lead you wouldn't be leading....now wouldja?

Some women already make good leaders and I highly suspect they had to do it by not listening to the men AND WOMEN who would really have preferred (Expected) them to ask first so they could be told no, go back to the kitchen.

I for one have no desire to take over the universe. That said, I'll take man bashing for two hundred!

Your question is intended to provoke anger from women. If women were equal to men (and I love them) they wouldnt be trying to "revolt" or take over. They would be where we supposedly are. Accept that we are different and cant be the same.

The universe in sanskrit is known as Brahmand, that is a huge egg in which many creative events-both sentient&live as well as gross elements and materials of celestial support are hatched up in an eternal process. Indeed the vast space of the universe is considered as the great womb of Universal Mother. Wheather man or woman the universe exists and can be viewed only as long as sentient consciousness is live and active in their bodies both during wakeful or sleep states. It is obvious that this sentient consciousness is common to both ie.man or woman but when originally projected into a self defined states of Space-Time dimensions became Sexed up into potential and kinetic energy states in the form of electo-magnetic energy fields. Hence , in my opinion, Sex is the Power of Unity of Universal Projective (Vikshep) Consciousness represented by the dimension of Time ( because time always projectively moves forward) taking the form of Purusha or Man and Enveloping(Avaran) Consciousness represented by the dimension of Space taking the form of Woman(because of the space of womb enveloped in the abdomen). The male /female gendered bodies are merely instrumental contraptions for the purpose of procreation as primary products of Natural Creation. The above narrative is expressed as a personal view and understanding of human creation which may make sense and serve the purpose of helping individual views of the asker in recognizing and correlating the various aspects of its contents. If so one can easily realize that all sentient and insentient matter belongs to the Universal Mother sustaining all Creation and the male or female human bodies conceived and delivered by a mother are basically feminine as her propriety but differentiated in gender out of practical necessity as all scientific studies and revelations have announced so far. There is no scope or necessity for confrontation if the natural protocols are logically understood and implicitly followed by either gender keeping in view that the ultimate purpose of all human creation is to realize the unity of Universal consciousness and finally merge with it forever.
