I hate to admit this, but I used to clean at the Country Club and it was over the top, they even made us fold a little point at the tip.Mine at home is over the top, but I skip the point..lol

Under the roll. It seems to roll to much when you tear it fast and it's over the top. Plus, in the one Simpson's episode when they were getting busted by the police, it was a crime for them because they had their toilet paper hung in an overhand fashion.

I really don't think about it. I just put it on. My husband does too. No preference.

Well the one in my master bathroom come from the bottom. Don't know about the boy's bathroom or the one downstairs. Too lazy to look right now.
