just be honest, it's the only way to have a real relationship.
tell him straight what you did, why you thought it was a good idea at the time, how you felt afterwards, show true remorse.
if you put across your true feelings, and apologise, you should be ok.

Saying you're sorry in the most sincere way you can. Explain to him that you know it was wrong and that you will never do it again. More importantly, if you've done something seriously wrong to him, you should understand that no matter how much you want him to forgive you, it will take time. Don't expect to give him the perfect apology tonight and have him forgive you tonight. Apologize to him tonight, tomorrow, the day after, etc until he finally forgives you (if he forgives you).

You can just say sorry. Take him out for an exiting and or romantic night. Remember what is forgiven isn't always forgotten.Sometimes there is no going back. No apology or action in the universe that can take back what ever it is that you did.

Just say that you're sorry. And if he doesn't accept the apology... then just leave it at that. But at least you told him that you were sorry.

just walk up to him........ say i m sorry with a real apology in ur eyes and in ur heart. if u both are in sync, then he will read ur eyes and will understand ur heart. HE WILL FORGIVE YOU.
P.S. DO ONLY ONCE...... and dont do this again and again.

It sort of depends on what you did., how personal it was, who you are to him, and so on. Apologies need to be tailored to suit the circumstances.
