No its not your fault. I would have done the same thing, keep talking until it probably would drop or something. He should have let u go, and you should have hung up sooner. Or maybe you should get an earpiece. Good Luck!!!!

Its a cell phone .. its not the end of the world. I really don't forsee it being anyones fault and it could of dropped @ any time. Hopefully you had insurance on it but I wouldn't be worried about who's fault it is, especially with your brother. Just be glad you have a open relationship and are able to talk about the day's events.

I'm sorry because I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I think it was your fault. You were holding the phone. You could have walked out of the bathroom until you finished the call or hung up when you told him you were going to have to. Either way, you dropped it. Sorry.

You were the one holding the phone. You should have said, "I got to go. Good bye." Hopefully, the phone will dry out and be useable. Good luck. Nonetheless, it's not the end of the world. Your brother is more important than the cell phone any day.

It's your fault. You can't blame it on your brother. Yea, he should have gotten off the phone with you all the times you told him you had to go but he didn't and YOU let him go on about meaningless stuff and chose to continue to try to clean. You just want to blame it on him because you know that if you weren't trying to clean and talk to him that this wouldn't have happened. He shouldn't care because he knows it wasn't his fault at all.

Yes it is your fault because it is obvious that you knew that you would be mopping. so you could have placed the phone in a safer place so that there would not be a risk of anything happening to it.
