Another Bush attack to justify a war or a total failure of Bush's national security plan, meaning it what all BS in the first place.

I've been reading in the news lately about Bush talking about how he will never stop fighting the war on terror and how we've made progress. The interesting thing is, five years later there have been no trials for the people responsible for 9/11. Five years later Osama Bin Laden is still in hiding, making movies, while we send people over to die in a country that made no direct threat to us and findings, by the government, proved that Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11. I think another terrorist attack would occur because if a hurricane one or two days out can't be prevented from killing thousands and tossing the south into chaos, then a boat into a dock or some suicide bomber could wreak havoc in five minutes.

The attacks are being planned daily. We can't sit around and kid ourselves about that fact. While I do not believe we are fighting terrorism correctly, I am not so foolish as to believe they don't mean us harm. They do.

The terrorists only want to hurt us now. They have no other agenda, but to find a way to strike us again and prove that they can. They believe that they can topple our economy with another 9/11. We of course have to harden ourselves and understand that another 9/11 can happen despite our best efforts to prevent it. And we have got to be a strong enough people to take the blow, get back up, and get payback.

The Israelis live every day with the threat of terrorists blowing up buses, nightclubs, markets, etc. But guess what, they keep on going. Terrorism fails when it can't bring you to your knees. And if Nazi Germany couldn't do that, then there is no way that a bunch of camel loving sand dwellers ever will.

Bush's REFUSAL to close the border with Mexico and his further refusal to deport illegal aliens along with allowing Muslim Arabs into the USA.... those are the main reasons another attack could occur....

Political Correctness has him flip flopping and speaking out both sides of his mouth about the border like a clinton or an algore would... it would appear that all liberals in the executive branch, present or former, speak with forked tongues.

No, it wasn't BS in the first place.... but the handling of the response with too few troops truly is BS.... and the response to the Illegal Alien Invasion is BS also.

The most likely reason, is the same reason, as the first reason, No legitimate cause,or reason, to hate and terrorize Americans, as so many other countries do, so nothing surprises, or should surprise any of us when terrorist strike, people who are coward enough to send out their own women and children to kill and be killed, don`t care about life, especially the lives of others, and let us not forget that the Bible said in the last days, there would be wars and rumors of wars, these are those days. and we all need to pray and earnestly seek God, because He is our only hope, we cannot put our hope or trust in man. Except God keep the city the watchman waketh in vain.

You seem to blame America for the terrorist activities of jihadists.

Jihad has been waged for 1,400 years.

Was it Bush's fault that Israeli Olympic athletes were massacred in 1972?

Was it Tony Blair's fault that planes were hijacked in the 60s, 70s and 80s?

Was it our fault that the Achille Laura cruise ship was hijacked and American civilian, Leon Klinghoffer, was thrown off the ship with his wheelchair by Jihadist terrorists in 1985?

Was it Bill Clinton's fault that the World Trade Center was bombed in 1993 and 6 people died and 1,000 were injured?

So far every body's policy has failed with the terrorists. We dealing with illogical people. I don't think we will find a logical answer. Clinton tried to placate them. It didn't work. Bush is trying to hunt them out and destroy them. It ain't working either. So, what's next?

Neither of those choices, but rather the election of a Democrat controlled Congress in 2006 and a Democrat for President in 2008. Those two actions will be the best bet for another terrorist attack on U.S. soil.

well, Bush hasn't caught bin Laden... what was it he said... if you fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice and we won't be fooled again... hahaha...

he hasn't learned enough to make a large effort to get bin Laden... I guess it takes more than 3,000 deaths to make him focus on bin Laden?

OSAMA IS THE ONLY ONE THAT'S REALLY EVEN TRIED TO ATTACK US IN 15 YEARS? maybe we should take out the one guy that has tried?

sbmrichard: BUSH HAS HAD 6 YEARS TO CATCH BIN LADEN AFTER HE KILLED 3,000 AND IT'S CLINTON'S FAULT? while Clinton should have caught him, to completely ignore Bush's BLATANT failures after 3,000 deaths is borderline hilarious and sad at the same time... can you tell the difference between a few hundred deaths internationally and 3,000 in NYC?

It's failed national policies going back to the '50's when we overthrew a DEMOCRATICALLY elected government and installed a tyrant in Iran.
