Sen out 1000 chain letters with a list of 10 name asking each of the 1000 to send you a dollar, then add their name to the list a remove the top name. I'm sure everyone will comply and all will make money.
The only way to actually get everyone to send you a dollar is to work for the IRS

Some classified will let you put almost anything in the ad. I would require a US postal Money order if I did something like that.
Also the other poster is correct but it is illegal to send chain letters in the United States.
