I often think a guy likes me but no way am i gonna make the first move! Ask a girl out! I know it's hard, but it will get easier with practice!

Well, you didn't give a whole lot of info to go on, but I'd have to say maybe you are lacking in self-confidence. Get out and make friends. Join some kind of social groups...seasonal sports through a local YMCA or community college; volunteer to help someone like Humane Society, Veteran's Home, Children's Hospital; go to some singles events in your area. You will meet new people of you just get yourself out there. You may need meet someone to date right away, but you will make new friends and maybe one of them will turn out to be the woman for you, or they may introduce you to the right woman.
