Does anyone else shutter from time to time. For me whenever I feel the least bit uncomfortable I shutter is this normal?

Assuming that we are talking about socially uncomfortable and not physically...

Yes it is normal. Normally it occurs with the replay of memory that you find particularly embarrassing or distressful. Those memories can be suppressed so you might not actually remember them as your shutter reaction happens. Others times it may be triggered by a event or feeling similar to the trigger feeling, such as being socially uncomfortable. Either way you are likely reliving something that shook you down deep and that you never completely resolved. Once you know what it is you will be able to control or even extinguish the shutter reaction.

This is normal to shutter as feel uncomfortable, but with the time it should be controlled otherwise it will not be normal condition.
