Hi i keep getting really really mean emails from some ppl and would like to get rid of my email account and yahoo answers account all together and just restart one...how do i do this?

Send Yahoo Customer Service a message letting them know about the abusive emails that you are recieving...they can help you!!!

hello friend you can get rid of ur acct. by just not responding or opening it for more than 6 months as yahoo account is free it deletes nonresponsive account (an acc. which is not opened for more than six months)

Just ignore that account and open a new account. Your old account will be automatically deleted when you don't sign in for a while.

You could go in the options menu and select block addresses and block the adresses from which you are receiving mail.or you could unsubscribe from yahoo answers if you are receiving mails from here

Go here: https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user
Sign in w/ the account you want to delete.
Input your password one more time
Confirm by pressing "Terminate this account"
Then, go here to register another Yahoo ID:
