I have downloaded the new version of windows explorer 7 and for some reason it's not working properly. I tried uninstalling and installing about 3 times and it's still the same. So can anyone please help?

i thought it was beta still. hmm. do your computer specs meet the minimum requirnments for it? check that. otherwise id say go back to 5.5/6

It can be many different problems. First try running a ad ware and spy ware remover. If it finds anything that's probably your problem. If you bought your windows xp with service pack 2 already installed it should work. If you downloaded the sp2 from Microsoft you cannot install IE7. Try out Fire fox at www.mozilla.com its a lot better than IE and error free too.

Delete the Download of Explorer 7, downloand another version (you may have gotten one that was corrupt), unitstall the current version and install the new downloaded version.

I have used Internet Explorer 7 on this computer without a problem. Try deleting the file and redownloading it. Maybe your download got a bit scrambled.

I installed it and took it off. It seemed to slow my internet connection down. Stick with explorer 6 for now. IE 7 is still a beta program.

remember internet explorer 7 is still a beta so all the bugs havent been worked out yet, id say jsut wait for a couple of weeks and download an updated version then reinstall

The main probs is no tabbed [no license], just extract the .exe file to a temp folder, and run the file *xml*.*

I have it and it's been working fine. Maybe you accidently got a virus or something. Sorry I can't help only tell you that I haven't had any problems.

IE7 has problem in it so be carefull it does not crash your computer. I have heard so many bad things about it.
