I usually have a blood sugar reading of 135 in the morning and about the same at night. but today I had a very high blood sugar at 8 PM

Do you take insulin? Are you on an insulin sliding scale?
If not, don't eat any carbohydrates until morning. Not much else you can do :)

135 in the morning is high, if it is fasting sugar. 135 is OK at night if it is 2 hours after dinner.

To reduce bloood sugar quickly, try one of the following:

1. Insulin/allopathic medicine
2. Karela juice/methi
3. Dalchini/cinnamon

Keep with your diet always! Try eating any whole grain like provita immediately, this should lower your sugar level. Good luck!

If your not on Insulin talk to your dr.They can do a test called a HgbA1c to test your glucose on a 3 month average.

DO 30 situps followed by 500 kapalbhati breaths see the result.in fact u can do these two things daily it will take 15minutes only results can be miraculous.
