They make razors for sensitive and shaving creme. Also try a lotion for sensitive skin. Gold Bond Medicated lotion is about $9 a for a big bottle but even if you apply it a few times a day will last a few weeks.

ahhh I get this too, it's really frustrating!

I've found that exfoliating before you shave prevents the "little red bumps". It reduces inflammation around the hair follicles, which leads to the bumps, and also gives you a closer shave! I then rinse with cold water to close pores so they don't get inflamed again (which would lead to more little red bumps. :) )

don't forget to moisturize!! ;)

i would recommend the Schick Intuition razor -- it's got the shaving cream built into a solid block around the blade so it's just one swipe. It's very helpful!

use a better razor, that is razor burn. Get a guys razor like the mach 4 turbo and a good shaving gel for sensitive skin, dont just use daisy razors and soap.

Raxor burn. Use a high quality razor and plenty of moisturizer. Make sure your legs are not too dry when you shave. If it still occurs try a cream hair remover or waxing.

Use a gentle shaving cream....don't press the razor too hard...and use lotion after you dry yourself off!
