Why do people always have to commit on Raven Symone's body type? Its not like she weighs 300 pounds, she seems normal to me.

I think she seems normal too and I like that she isn't changing her image for anyone but herself. But, Hollywood is fickle. They criticize for being over a certain weight then gasp when celebs like Lohan and N. Richie have whittled down to size zeros. It's ridiculously stupid.

She is a beautiful woman. They do emphasize her weight too much. She doesn't fit in with the Hollywood-walking-skeleton-look that is so popular right now. Big deal.
I think part of the problem is that people still see her as a little girl/young teen. She's almost 21 years old and they are judging her by 14 year old standards.

She seems normal to me too. It is just because she is in the public spotlight. In Hollywood if you aren't pencil thin, you're seen as overweight. Raven is very pretty and she seems very happy with herself and that probably makes some people jealous.

I think she's very pretty right now, however, I despise the fact of how she used The Cheetah Girls 2 for publicity. I hate TCG...grr. (Off-topic?)

Don't pretend she's normal. . .I mean she is not obese or anything, but her weight is the most significant change in her appearance. People primarily classify others by body type; it's human nature

She's fine just the way she is. it's not as easy for everyone to keep weight off as easy as it is for others. I think she looks good, and seems to be happy with her weight
