Hmmm...my first thought would be that the atenolol may cause it since this is a beta blocker. It would inhibit the cardiac output, which, I suppose, could impair the ability of blood to flow and collect in the penis as you are accustomed to.

Just thinking off the top of my head here...

At age of 63 its normal, irrespective of the type/quantity of drugs you pump in. Like pumping air in a punctured cycle tube

See your physician. It could be either or the combination....or something else entirely! And being 63 doesn't play a large part in it! (Wait til you're 63, "dude!)
