Nope, you could be a boy or a hermaphrodite. Possibly you could also be a woman who has a penis preserved in some formaldehyde.

No, it means you have the chromosomes to be a male. A "man" is an entirely different measure of maturity and responsibility. A man probably wouldn't need to ask this question.

This physically makes you a man, but this does not totally mean that you are a man.
It is more like who do you really feel inside of you that counts. This may not be changed, your physical characteristic can.

Then they should have done DNA testing on you to determine which is greater in you, female or male hormone

If you are born with a penis, then you are a male. If you use your penis right and respectfully towards women you are a man.
