Sorry, the mail is gone. You can't find it even if you do a search.

Go to mail and click on the trash can image if it hasn't been too long. NOT the words 'empty trash' but the picture itself.

Go to trash and you should be able to retrieve it, if you're trying to get deleted mail from bulk folder, those messages you can't retreive.

If you are using Outlook express you need to search for files named *.dbx and you can restore from the deleted DBX file. If you are more specific on what program you are using the community can help you more.

Once you have deleted mail, its gone.

You can go into your trash folder and get it back.If you emptied your trash I don't think you can.
