Call your ex and arrange to meet with him. Make a romantic candle-light dinner for him and you and talk to him about how you still feel about him. Let him know you love him, and that your'e sorry you ever broke up in the first place, and that you want to get back with him and that your'e willing to do whatever it takes within reason to get him back. Be honest, and truthful with him.

If he wants to come back he will, if he doesn't he wont. I don't think there is much you can do to "get him back"
