Guess I'd go with the car accident...they might be able to re-attach it, and if all else fails, there is someone to sue...

Car accident. Cancer is always slow & painful, requires painful therapy, tends to spread and often leads to death. At least if you lost it in a car accident you could get a prosthetic attachment (I assume you can get prosthetic penises) and still go to the toilet and have sex...though I guess you'd have to find a way to climax that doesn't involve penile stimulation...I guess you'd have to become a gay bottom.

definitly to the auto accident. You don't expect it, then bam! It's gone.
with cancer, you're basically waiting for your penis to fall off
