when the main page comes up, there is a place to type in ... and next to it on right is a button labeled "browse" ..... click on the browse button, go through you files to the one you want to upload, click on it, then click on upload. when the next screen comes up, scroll to the bottom, click on " I dont want a collectors acocunt right now, just give me hte links", then you will get the link where you upload is located.

u can use different proxies to bypass the download limits. u can search and find a proxy switching program

maybe you can change it.
