They are highly empowered to rake profits in and not have to be responsible for their behavior. That is what a good deal of the recent history of our exploitation of third world countries is all about. Of Course, these huge Corporations are also screwing the public back home.
The Bush Administration is in bed with the thieves who are stealing jobs, health care benefits, reinforcing the Middle Class are all being cheated by the unenforced regulations that are in place to protect the public but have been weakened and changed all together..
It is truly a crime.

to those who say they are a necessary evil are the same ones who
are feircly independant yet refuse to do anything about such due to their lack of orginizational skills and quick to criticize everything around them yet offer no solutions other then one size fits all mentality and favoring constraint among liberties for the sake of equality among all ( sounds a lot like communism to me ).
