It is a spyware infection called "smitfraud".
Try downloading spybot-search and destroy form http://www.download.com or http://www.safer-networking.org .

Update it and run scan.

Have you tried:

run Yahoo's antispyware, then

When in IE,
go to the page you want as your home page
click Tools
cl Internet Options
You will see a box for the address of the page you are on
cl "Use Current"

Run a spy scan, then got to tools>Internet options>type your homepage address in the address box, click apply and click OK! Peace!

hi, safetyhomepage.net is a disgusting site with virus, and the virus have hacked your IE browser.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

google a program called Hijack This, run it. delete the keys that relate to that. Then go to internet options, and change it to yahoo.. hopefully it works.
