is this a scam?

How would it b a scam just cuz of the way the number looks? For all you know someone could have been calling you with a program from the internet. One time I got a call from a number that said 000-000-1234, I answered it and know I know how to do it.

666 represent Emperor Nero, who represents "The Beast" in John's Revelation. 777 is meaningless but will effectively communicate your intent. There is no Biblical or theological basis for 777. However, that doesn't keep people from speculating. Some Christians assert 777 is the number of man, and that 888 is the number of Jesus. If you used 777, many would think you were glorifying man. 7 being a number of perfection and thus man (God's creation is perfect) and 8 representing beyond perfection.
